That's the advice most reflux parents hear.
Arching. Restlessness. Difficulty settling at 3am. What you're seeing is real — and you don't have to just wait.
I'm Glenda — a Certified Rolfer® and mother of three. I built the tool I wish someone had handed me the night my own baby couldn't settle.
Maybe it's the arching after every feed.
The screaming in the car seat.
The nights your baby can't lie flat without choking or coughing.
Maybe you've already been told it's just spit up, or that babies grow out of it, or to simply wait it out.
What you're seeing is real. And you deserve more than wait it out.

When my own baby started struggling with silent reflux, I went looking for help the way you are right now.
I'm a Certified Rolfer® — trained for years in how bodies hold tension — and even with that background, reflux still humbled me.
The routines in this app are the same ones I used with my own son, filmed in my living room before I ever thought of building an app. Simple, hands-on, and built for a parent with one hand free and very little sleep.

Reflux doesn't happen on a schedule, so this app doesn't ask you to be in just one state. It meets you in three.
A guided, one-handed reset for the hardest moments — the screaming, the arching, the 3am panic. No reading required, just follow along.
Hands-on movements that build comfort over time, done consistently — short enough to fit into a day that doesn't have room for anything long.
Clear, respectful information about what you're seeing and why — plus a simple, private way to track what's actually happening with your baby over time.
Not a content team. Not a generic parenting brand. A mother who went through this with her own baby, and a bodyworker who's spent years learning how bodies move and hold tension.
Before they were in an app, parents were using them as videos and PDFs and telling me they helped. This app is simply a better way to carry them with you.
Most baby apps assume you're calm and reading at a desk. This one assumes you're standing in a dark room with a screaming baby and one free hand.
You won't find vague reassurance here. You'll find specific tools, real explanations, and the option to talk to me directly when you need more.

I thought reflux was just spit up. Then my baby started struggling with silent reflux — arching, restlessness, difficulty settling. I asked for help and heard what most parents hear: wait it out.
But watching your baby struggle changes something in you. I started researching, observing, and connecting small patterns in my baby's body and behavior.
The first thing I created were the routines — filmed in my living room with my own reflux baby and my phone. Nothing polished. I was terrified to share them.
But I kept thinking: if this helps even one parent, it's worth it. So I shared them. Parents started telling me they helped. That's how this app began.
If you're here tonight
If you're here, watching your baby struggle and wondering if there's something more you can do, please know —
You are not alone.
And you are doing better than you think.

An honest note
This work started with my own reflux baby and a phone camera in my living room. Nothing polished — just real routines that real parents started telling me helped.
I'm still learning alongside you. This app is the companion I wish I'd had, and it grows as we do.
$17 — one-time
Whatever brought you here tonight, I'm glad you found this.
With warmth, Glenda
